"Intention"
(A Personal Report by Dr. Rae)
This past Sunday I attended and participated in a Complementary
Medicine Conference on Healing Illness with Energy.
As most of you know, I am a Bioenergetic Analyst practicing in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania USA for 32 years with significant results.
Yet, I felt the need to witness and experience how "cellular expansion
and healing" meets and/or differs from the work I am doing.
As a client of mine, you know that the first thing I ask is what brings
you to me.
With the guided imagery exercise I participated in, I was reminded
(once again) of the importance of "intention"
The exercise goes like this...
Create a quiet environment, free from distractions and begin to
think about what you want. Focus on and set your intention, what
you want help with, what you want to create in your life.
Keep your breathing open and let your body relax while you think
about your intention. Do this as long as you feel comfortable.
Continue to do this exercise whenever you want.
The length of time or frequency is your choice.
Do not force nor expect anything right away. Just become aware
of the changes in your life.
