What is a Blog? ~ Revisited
In this edition we continue with what we uncovered in
last week's edition of the One Minute Report on spam
taking a back seat in the future of eMail.
For the past few days we have been busy working on
our "Blog". We are finding it to be a fascinating tool
for eMarketing for both business and personal use.
After all, we all market one thing or another. Whether
it is a product, a service, or ourselves to each other.
Some people believe that bloging will replace eMail
marketing because of the growing number of spam
messages we find daily in our eMailboxes.
We are taking a "wait and see" position on whether
or not bloging is here to stay.
To get you up to speed we are revisiting an earlier
One Minute Report published on June 11, 2003
and call upon Debbie Weil again to share with you
what is a blog.

Just what it sounds like. A Web-based log or journal
that is time-stamped and can be updated anytime.
You can publish a blog. You can also "subscribe"
to a blog and get updates each time new content
is published.
Originally used as a self-publishing platform for
individuals, blogs are now being used by corporations
to showcase the voices of knowledgeable employees.
Think of it as continuous stream marketing in a human,
non-corporate voice.
