Breathing Plays an Important Role

Nothing is more important than unstressed, unforced, natural breathing.  Every activity must be structured around the breath -- not, as is usually the case, the other way around.  We usually take a breath when there is a pause in the activity; we must perform the activity when it fits in naturally with the flow of the breath.  And, this applies to all activities, when you are speaking, playing music, and walking.
